If a magnet isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days for a refund. No stress, no restocking games.

The 30-day window

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Magnets are easy to test without wear, so "unused" simply means they come back clean and complete, with any printed guides and packaging.

How to start a return

• Email us from the contact page with your order number and which items you're returning.
• We'll reply with a return address and a short confirmation — usually the same business day.
• Pack the items securely (magnets are strong; keep them away from cards and electronics in transit) and ship them back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded when the return is our error (wrong or damaged item); otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice. A quick photo helps us move fast.

Custom coded magnets

Custom coded patterns are made to your specification, so they're handled case by case rather than under the standard 30-day policy. We'll always talk it through — a genuine defect is on us.
